We are looking for a Senior Quality Project- and Program Manager, based in Basel and Visp, Switzerland. This managerial role is expected to execute the quality strategy of SPS, as defined by SPS management. Furthermore, the role will detail out the project pipeline and develop tactical approaches to project execution and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the tactical implementation of the SPS Quality Strategy within the Quality and Regulatory Organization
• Coach project team members in execution and support their continuous development
• Ensure Quality oversight and compliance of projects with subscribed internal and external Standards throughout SPS (ISO 9001, AS 9100, FAMI-QS, EFfCI, FSSC 22000, etc.)
• Ensuring consistency with corporate integrated Management System, protecting multi-site certification in projects
• Optimization and rationalization of processes
• Quality and Regulatory SPS representation towards internal stakeholders
• Support of special projects and initiatives in line with SPS Management

Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Science/Economics required; MSc + MBA preferred
• Business fluent in English and German
• PMP and Six Sigma Belt certification preferred
• Min. 10+ years of experience in Quality and Value Chain
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to interface with various levels of management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
• Great organizational and planning skills
• Ability to develop good working relationships
