Reservation & Ticketing Agent (m/f/d)

We are looking for a

Reservation & Ticketing Agent (m/f/d)

located in Zurich (full-time)

Your tasks

• You are responsible for ticketing and processing reservations in the corresponding systems (CRS)
• Accurately process payments, refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies
• Providing outstanding customer service for private customers by assisting customers with ticket purchases, reservations, inquiries and complaint handling by e-mail, phone and walk-in customers
• Support for Travel Agents and tour operators, for groups, reservations and ticketing enquiries
• Work closely with team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Your qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle a high volume of transactions efficiently
• Ideally, you have already gained practical experience with an airline, a travel agency or a tour operator
• Your English and German language skills are business fluent, other languages are an advantage
• High level of customer orientation
• Commitment, enthusiasm, ability to work in a team, flexibility, goal-orientated action
