Key Accountabilities
Suitable candidates will need a thorough understanding of the supply chain management within the commodity industry. The role requires several years of work experience in a senior role, the ability to communicate well and the enthusiasm to work within a dynamic trading environment:

• Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations
• Improving the operational and logistic aspects of the business
• Overseeing all aspects of logistics management to efficient flow of green coffee to customers
• Optimizing shipping and transport procedures
• Communicating with vendors and customers
• Preparing accurate and timely reports

Skills and Experience

• A supply chain professional with experience in containerized shipping or fright
• Experience of international documentary requirements for the movement of goods by sea
• Ability to work in a complex global matrix organization
• Competency in Microsoft applications
• Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under minimum supervision
• Proactive approach with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with partners at all levels and across departments
• Display clear accountability and ownership of tasks and objectives
• Proficient in written and spoken English
