Senior Client Relationship Manager

Acolin is Europe's leading provider of cross-border fund distribution services. With around 100 employees in Zurich, Geneva, Constance, Frankfurt, London, Luxembourg, Dublin, Bratislava and Belgrade, the Acolin Group serves over 500 international asset management companies. It offers them access to its distribution network of over 3000 banks, global fund platforms and other institutional investors.

For our office in Zurich we are looking for you as

Senior Client Relationship Manager

Starting date: immediately or by arrangement


Our Client Relationship Managers form a small and dedicated team responsible for customer relations and the launches and upgrades of services including the digital delivery component.

Tasks:

  • Managing ongoing and existing client relationships
  • Advice and upselling to clients on all Acolin services
  • Act as sparring partner for our clients related to their fund distribution activities
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of a client’s distribution goal and strategy
  • Monitoring the completeness of the dossiers of the cooperation partners
  • Coordination of the various customer inquiries with the client service management desk within Acolin
  • Replying to inquiries and requesting the relevant information
  • Advice on market conditions around the DNM service (platform fees etc.)
  • Preparation of the various communications for clients and sales partners
  • Coordination of inquiries from clients regarding distribution partners (directly and within the team)
  • Management and updating of the CRM tool

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Sound Knowledge of Investment Funds
  • Experience with fund sales and distribution
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the financial or banking sector
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and enthusiastic personality with an accurate, reliable, and independent way of working
  • Proof of and track-record of being a true teamplayer
  • Pro-active, customer-oriented with excellent communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills
  • Flexible and willing to travel as required
  • Very good negotiation skills in English (any other foreign language, especially German, is an advantage)
