Responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing solutions to enhance business performance. This position will collaborate with stakeholders across the finance organization to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure that project deliverables meet business needs.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Supporting SAP R/3 and/or SAP S/4HANA modules and their standard processes as well as in house developments for a range of SAP modules including FI/CO/AA/AP/AR/SD/MM/RE-FX/TRM/VIM in a global environment

• Analyze business requirements, processes, and local regulations in an international set-up for S/4Hana migration, SAP R/3 FI / CO and other financial accounting and finance transformation projects

• Ensure 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP finance employees worldwide

• Evaluate possible scenarios and recommend best business and IT solutions

• Provide business specifications, implement customizing, and execute testing

• Facilitate between financial accounting business and the SAP project team

• Work on the further system development and ensure system quality

• Ensure proper documentation

• Represent financial accounting in co-operation with other finance units (Group Tax, Tax, Management Accounting, IT-Operations, Payroll, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or similar education in Accounting, Economics or Information Technology

• Several years' work experience in the management of SAP applications (FI/CO/AA/AP/AR/SD/MM/RE-FX/TRM/VIM)

• Knowledge and experience in SAP FI-GL and core-banking interfaces, multi- currency accounting and/or vendor invoice management, and/or S4 Hana migrations is an advantage

• Several years' work experience in the Financial Accounting department of a bank within an international environment is an advantage

• Good knowledge in requirements engineering and change management

• Project management experience is an advantage

• Professional level of knowledge of modern accounting practices

• Good understanding of finance related IT applications and MS Office products

• Fluent in German, English (written and spoken), Portuguese is an advantage

• Strong communication skills and team spirit

• High motivation and drive to get things done and for continuous learning

• Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit

• High flexibility
