Your mission

• You will be independently responsible for end-to-end order processing, from inquiry

to delivery, and will also coordinate the upstream and downstream processes.

• You will act as the central interface between Sales, the customer and the internal departments.
• You will be responsible for preparing quotations in close coordination with the sales team

and product management.

• You will actively work with our CRM system.
• You will drive forward the digitalization of our processes and contribute your own ideas.

Your profile

• You have completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable degree.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
• You are proficient in MS Office as well as in ERP and CRM systems.
• You have a high level of customer orientation, assertiveness and

the ability to understand complex processes and interrelationships.

• You are a team player, have a quick grasp, an independent way of

working and good organizational skills.
