Your responsibilities

Porphyrinoid cofactors play important rules in biological systems ranging from the conversion of light to energy to the catalysis of difficult reactions. The project deals with the synthesis and study of metallo-corrinoids and covers fundamental and applied aspects. It includes organic as well as inorganic and electrochemical studies.

Your profile

The candidate must hold a very good master degree in chemistry, shall be open-minded and highly motivated. Strong skills in synthetic/organometallic chemistry and problem solving are required. The candidate has to be familiar with standard laboratory and analytical techniques such as working under inert atmosphere, NMR, UV-Vis, IR, MS. Profound skills in English are expected. Knowledge in coordination and electrochemistry or catalysis is an advantage.

What we offer
