This is what you contribute

Do you want to shape the vision of noimos from an ML Engineer's perspective?
Side by side with your new colleagues, you will develop efficient, production-ready analytical models that help drive the claims revolution.

Your new mission will look as follows:

• It all starts with the business problem: you collaborate with the Product Owner and other business stakeholders to understand business needs and design fit-for-purpose ML solutions.
• You then technically design, create, test and implement complex models (ML incl. LLM and computer vision) and end-to-end pipelines.
• At the same time, you will manage running ML pipelines, including logging output, prioritizing and addressing problems.
• You underpin this by writing production-ready code, following DevOps and MLOps concepts.
• You are a team player, co-defining our standards, supportive with code reviews, and discussions about common difficulties.

Our tech stack:

• Python and computer vision libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, OpenCV, scikit-image)
• Frameworks associated with training and evaluation of image recognition tasks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, COCO)
• Databases (SQL, BigQuery)
• Infrastructure (GCP, GPU, Docker, GitHub, Actions, CI/CD)
• Large Language Models

This turns you into the perfect candidate

• You have already gained experience in Machine Learning, with a particular focus on Large Language Models or Computer Vision.
• Furthermore, you have gained 2+ years of experience with DevOps and MLOps concepts, ideally using GitHub workflows.
• You enrich your team with strong programming skills in Python, incl. clean/modular and production-ready code.
• You are experienced in working with large data sets and in building auto-scaling ML systems & MLOps.
• Ideally, you are proficient in using GCP Vertex AI and Kubeflow.
• You're working with a startup spirit (all hands on deck / MVP thinking / the ability to communication technical matters to non-experts).
• You are proficient in English, German is a welcome plus.
