Your Responsibilities
Build deep knowledge of Grid Automation solution portfolio to enable effective and efficient regional lead generation
Collaborate and build relationships with sales representatives and sales leadership
Align with sales on the strategy, the message, and the target personas to move leads through the pipeline to meet/exceed top-line goals
Follow up on inbound leads coming from the website or the customer center
Work with your marketing colleagues on the qualification of MQLs to transition to sales; and build a strong pipeline of quality leads and opportunities
Cold calling/emailing in the context of Sales development projects
Update Salesforce regularly to track status of lead qualification and to drive accurate reporting; maintain accuracy and integrity of information in database
Represent us at events to collect leads and market intelligence
Your background
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or communications
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish and or Italian (proficiency in additional European languages a plus )
At least three years of experience in outbound demand generation, business development, or sales prospecting, supporting outside sales teams with a proven track record of success
Experience with Enterprise Software, ideally Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Field Service Management (FSM) and/or Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM)
Strong performer, extremely well organized, and familiar with project management methodologies
Skilled at uncovering customer pain points through active listening and open mind
Understanding of complex sales and marketing processes in a multi-stakeholder environment
Industry experience in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) or Oil & Gas or Manufacturing is a strong plus
