As a Senior Manager Technics at Sonova, you will be responsible for our technical production departments, focusing initially on Hybrid Fabrication and Production Electronics. Your capacity to expand your responsibilities will be determined in a second step. Your role will require leadership, ensuring goals relating to safety, quality, delivery reliability, costs, inventories, and innovation are met.

Your tasks

• Take overall responsibility for the department
• Ensure that safety, quality, delivery reliability, costs, inventories, and innovation goals are met
• Maintain adherence to operational and safety regulations
• Facilitate a smooth information flow within the department
• Manage, develop, and lead your team, including responsibilities for salary and bonuses
• Responsible for implementing the Continuous Improvement area (Policy Deployment, Daily Management, Leadership Standard Work, etc.)
• Coordinate manufacturing planning with the planning team
• Engage closely with internal stakeholders to proactively navigate a dynamic environment

Your profile

• Technical and business administrative education
• Higher vocational education
• Verifiable leadership training
• Several years of professional and leadership experience
• Fluency in English and German
