Michel Reybier Hospitality currently encompasses 16 high-end establishments in some of the most sought-after destinations, including properties under the La Réserve brand. Each property is unique, yet they all share the same art of living: innovative and impeccable service. These establishments are designed to reflect, in every detail, a place where guests enjoy a home away from home, with simplicity and discretion prevailing over ostentatious luxury.

 We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our collaborative team. You will handle every stage of the design process, collaborating effectively across teams and departments to produce primarily compelling materials for online and offline communication and marketing purposes that align with our branding objectives. For this, you will be working closely with a selection of luxury hotels within the group, located throughout Switzerland, France, and the UK, as well as with the various teams in our corporate offices when it comes to corporate brand guidelines. This position offers the opportunity to further shape our in-house graphic design function as we seek to increase creative creation for brand-related topics internally.

Main responsibilities:

  • Accompanying the design process from inquiry to production / delivery
  • Creating various print and digital materials maintaining CI/CD guidelines standards
  • Creating a range of corporate communication, branding, and marketing materials such as design and brand books, guidelines and standards, presentations in collaboration with different teams
  • Serving as the main contact person for the hotels’ communication and marketing needs, including flyers, brochures, collateral
  • Working with the digital marketing department to collaborate on visuals for campaigns
  • Coordinating and cooperating with the corporate design agency and suppliers (printers, translators, photographers, etc
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining a platform system for brand guidelines and template management

What you bring to the company:

  • Full training as a graphic designer, polygrapher or similar education
  • At least five years of professional experience in the conception and creation of various advertising materials; previously working in an agency or luxury industry preferred
  • High knowledge of current Adobe CC tools, Canva, and other animation apps
  • Great attention to detail, strong knowledge in typography, design/editorial layout, experienced in prepress production
  • A creative mind with a positive “can do attitude” and high standards of quality
  • Team-player, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fluent environment and under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects at the same time and prioritize as needed
  • Confident in Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders
  • Keen interest in luxury hotel industry and trends is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English; French is an advantage
  • A solid creative portfolio that features art direction, typography work and creative branding projects
