We are searching for the best talent for Customs Compliance Lead to be in São Paulo, São José dos Campos, Brazil or Bogotá, Colombia.

Purpose: Responsible for developing a culture of compliance across the region, partnering with J&J compliance organizations to set an integrated compliance agenda for Deliver, helping clarify and educate Deliver in all applicable standards to each process, ensuring a robust foundation in transactional finance-related compliance practices (Sarbanes Oxley - SOX); partner with Deliver Operations to monitor overall compliance performance, driving rapid resolution of compliance risk;

You will be responsible for :

·       Map procedures, risks and controles related to each area

·       Identify opportunities for improvement

·       Build action plans and mitigating controls

·       Prepare risk dashboards

·       Review the area key controls based on the SOX risk matrix

·       Partner with internal control departments and update the control descriptions

·       Serve as a focal point for Education regarding Sarbanes Oxley Policies and Procedures

·       Develop Training, simple and complex, modules to make sure operations understand key nuances of compliance policies and procedures

·       Maintain efficient knowledge on all policies and procedures, including interactions with global and regional compliance partners

·       Support internal integration initiatives inside Deliver Compliance Controller area, involving other pillars such as Customs, Procurement and Risk Management

·       Lead people at the Deliver Compliance structure
