Key Responsibilities 

• Assist the product development and ongoing management of the relevant programs
• Research and assist in itinerary planning
• Creation of extension dates and hotel allocation space based on yearly schedule
• Auditing the Technical Itineraries once collated by the contracting team prior to the start of each new season
• Working collaboratively with themarketing team
• Constant monitoring of website and all marketing materials to ensure accuracy of Product content
• Supports brochure development including copy proof-reading and working in tandem with the Europe, UK, AU and North American offices
• Compile data from surveys including ratings and comments
• Support analysis of competition and new product development

About you 

• High attention to details, excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals, interests, and cultures.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Preferred onboard experience (not essential).
• Willingness to travel (10-20%)
• Swiss work permit.
