Your tasks

[Active Idea Generation: Generate innovative ideas by campaigning based on relevant strategic fields. Your profile

[Degree in mechanical engineering, innovation management or equivalent experience., High intrinsic motivation with drive for excellence, Proven track record in ideation, innovation, or creative problem-solving., Excellent facilitation and communication skills., Ability to think outside the box and connect diverse concepts., Experience in product and process development, Proven track record in methodologies like Design Thinking, Scrum, ASIT or similar]
