- Preparing functional and non-functional specification for segment specific products, based on the market- and customers-business problems
- Shape and steer new product development together with R&D in line with vision and specifications
- Understand the customers’ business problem: Customer business problem analysis
- Develop and implement effective sales tools and marketing campaigns for promotion
- Work closely with global market organization to understand needs, train, and support sales force.
- Monitoring global competition and positioning and define effective counter strategies
- Supporting the management in developing strategies, operational and long-term planning
- Manage product lifecycle from vision to launch to phase-out
- Up to 40% business travel
