Responsibilities

Maintain highest standards of hygiene, sanitation and ensure smooth operation

Controlling breakage within department as well as utility cost or chemical cost

Ensure smooth and efficient operations in assigned F&B back of the house

Action any other duties as assigned by the Steward Supervisor / Shift Leader

Provide best service and ensuring internal customer satisfaction

Ensure to have sufficient cleaning supplies for the assigned task

Key Competencies & Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role

Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and safety practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Team player and helpful

Good communication skills
