2ND Level Linux Analyst

To strengthen our team  we are looking for an independent, proactive and solution-oriented personality. As a specialist for Linux systems, you will generate added value for our customers by taking over the maintenance and support of Linux and the container environment  based on Kubernetes and ensuring operation.

 

For analysts with a passion for Linux and Customer Success, this position is a unique opportunity to drive customer success with PKI solutions on Kubernetes and ensure support. If you have an affinity for tasks such as installations, updates, automations and a passion for technology, this position is for you. You will assist 1st level support and perform 2nd level support tasks such as analysis on Mail, DNS, LDAP, PostgresSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, Apache/Nginx and general network environments.

 

Responsibilities

 

• You are technically experienced and have an IT education (computer scientist EFZ).


• You have experience with maintaining a Linux environment (with Linux scripts, updates, software installation and updating) and are familiar with Kubernetes (HELM deployment scripts on Kubernetes).


• You are used to running and maintaining applications such as Mail, DNS, LDAP, PostgresSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, Apache/Nginx and general network environments.


• Dealing with load balancers, proxies and other access control devices is easy for you


• You approach technical challenges regarding basic PKI concepts with interest and continuously acquire the necessary know-how.


• You quickly identify technical problems and find creative solutions.


• You have a stylistically confident spoken and written German and English, if you speak French this is an advantage.
