Are you looking for a challenging position in a multinational company? The Sales Team supports our Audit Corporates Practice from the start of a proposal until the client debriefing.
Your contribution to KPMG
  • Execute project management for complex, deadline-driven pitch processes on a national and international level. This includes planning the internal proposal process, communicating deadlines and responsibilities, setting up meetings, following up on actions, monitoring overall progress, and independently executing smaller tenders
  • Initiate relevant research efforts, such as company profile and stakeholder analysis
  • Support the business team in preparing for client interactions, such as site visits and presentations, and oversee the production of relevant materials.
  • Develop proposal documents, including preparing the initial document structure and design, managing content development and document review processes, and coordinating design resources
  • Work closely with Pursuit Leaders and other Pursuit Project Managers to support the Pursuit Services team's strategy. This includes continuously developing new templates and leading practice examples
This is what makes you successful
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or Sales or similar
  • Ideally 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an international company; experience working in a partnership / professional services environment is an asset, as well as first experience in key account management or sales
  • Good understanding of economic correlations
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal), German is a plus
  • Experienced user of MS Office, especially of MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Teams
  • A proactive mindset that enables you to act, work, and think independently, while ensuring the duties and high standards of the Sales Team are appropriately represented
  • Pragmatic mindset with very strong organizational skills and an ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
