Atrium Residences is a leading luxury hospitality company based in Switzerland. We own and operate villas and penthouses with five-star services for leisure, business and medical stays in Geneva and Zürich. Our distinguished guests enjoy a tailor-made experience in completely private, safe and discreet environments. Available services can include private chef, butler, driver, concierge, housekeeping, therapist and personal trainer.

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality General Manager with a background in the luxury sector to manage our team and oversee all functions. The ideal candidate has proven leadership skills and a hands-on attitude, capable of managing all aspects of the role. Additionally, the candidate excels at cultivating relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI). Expertise in operational management, proficiency in networking within multicultural environments, and the ability to thrive in the dynamic landscape of our organization are essential.

 
Your Responsibilities
  • Provide highly effective leadership to achieve hospitality goals and objectives
  • Oversee daily operations with hands-on management 
  • Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure tight cost controls
  • Recruit, train, and supervise teams to guarantee the highest quality service
  • Ensure exquisite client care with personalised approach
  • Ensure hospitality services meet requirements cost-effectively
  • Secure bookings with optimal gross margins
  • Ensure compliance with all required laws and requirements, including health and safety, licensing, data protection, etc.

 You are/have 

  • 10 years international experience working in luxury hotels, with at least 2 years as Deputy General Manager (or equivalent) in a large 5-star hotel
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or Hotel Management
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or German; proficiency in both languages would be an asset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, entrepreneurial environment, adapting quickly to changes and driving growth
  • Working proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
