• Several years of experience as a real estate agent
• Proven track record
• Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market
• Knowledge in the financing sector is advantageous
• Respectful and professional communication with clients
• You bring a sense of ownership, willingness to perform, and a structured approach to work
• Courteous, flexible, always eager to learn, and motivated personality with a digital affinity
• You are communicative and outgoing
• Excellent verbal and written German skills are mandatory
• Valid driver's license Category B is required
• Own vehicle ideally available
• Work location + within a radius of 30km

• You independently take responsibility for the rental and sale of properties.
• You are responsible for property viewings, contract negotiations, and handovers.
• You conduct property market valuations.
• You acquire and support new clients.
• You manage existing clients.
• You serve as the point of contact in the housing ecosystem (financing, retirement planning, etc.).
