Overall responsibilities 

 

  • Facilitate baseline workshops covering business systems solution & related integration. 

  • Prepare exercises for the sites and manage continuous system learning. 

  • Collect new requirements from the sites, with the business product owner approval, to prepare the GAP files and present them during the backlog refinement meeting. 

  • Prepare Business Demo to the site. 

  • Prepare BDT (Business Development Testing) & UAT (User Acceptance Test) scripts and lead business testing sessions.   

  • With the CSV lead support, prepare CSV related testing documents (UAT scripts, Validation Plan etc) 

  • First line support go-live and hypercare. 

 

Main reason of this role 

 

  • To streamline the business systems project execution, we need somebody mastering the eco-systems and coordinating the business testing activities.  

  • This is a cross sites function as the same process is used for all business systems project.  

  • This role is facilitating the Bus and IT sessions to get alignment between the What (Business product owner) and the How (IT product line leader) for solution development and testing. 

Position duties and responsibilities 

  • This position will be remote or on-site according to the project steps 

  • Collaboration and coordination with cross-functional teams (Business and IT) 

  • Computer System Validation background 

  • Good document Practices (GDT) 

  • Good system and business process background
