The new collaborative CoC Cabin will assume holistic ownership for the technical operation of the LX and LH cabin with a focus on customer satisfaction, technical reliability, and commercial performance. Being part of this new CoC also means having a big influence in shaping it.

This position will support to provide holistic transparent status on cabin quality and product performance.

  • Support the Cabin Experience Team
  • Be part of the LHG CSI Project Team
  • Define and document the cabin quality standard for SWISS and Edelweiss
  • Exchange and align with the stakeholders (Technics, Brand Management, Crew)
  • Give inputs for future organizational development

  • Workload Specification: For this position, an 60%-100% workload is preferred.
  • HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
  • Aviation background is an advantage
  • Very good spoken and written English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
