For our customer a company based in the "Nord vaudois", we are seeking a:
Your Mission:
Represent the company and serve the interests of the customers.
Monitor the customer's strategy and requirements and align our strategy accordingly.
Coordinate all customer RFQ activities.
Address P&L issues with plants and the customer.
Grow the business with the customer and build the annual budget.
Coordinate all activities related to the customer, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and SCM, in collaboration with the corresponding Program Managers.
Sell all company's services
Develop your markets by dedicating approximately 50% of your time to prospecting and networking.
Win new prospects and markets that align with company's capabilities, contributing significantly to top-line growth.
Present an attractive value proposition to new prospects and secure significant opportunities.
Build trust at all levels within the prospect's organization
Profile:
Master's degree in Engineering, with some experience in the electronic industry.
Several years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of successful sales performance.
Customer-centric with a positive attitude: attentive, negotiation skills, respectful.
Autonomous, efficient, organized, rigorous, and able to manage through influence.
Focused on customer satisfaction while defending company's interests.
Excellent internal and external communication skills.
Results-driven, with significant contributions to top-line growth and EBITDA.
Fluent in oral and written French, English, and German (C1).
Available for frequent face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects as required (minimum 50% travel time).
