In this role you lead our Global Corporate Business unit and coordinate with regions to deliver on long term growth potential.

Do what you love
  • Business and market development for the Corporate Business on a global level
  • Position the brand Mammut as a strong partner and desirable brand for individual and institutional mountain professionals such as rescue organizations and ski schools as well as corporate partners
  • Responsibility for demand forecasting, budget planning and achievement (turnover and margin), in coordination with regional commercial teams
  • Definition, evolution and ownership of key processes along the GTM process (e.g. product development, forecasting/planning, sell in, in season management)
  • Build out of scalable platforms and models to acquire and serve customers, institutions and partners
  • Market analysis and collection definition or biefings for dedicated corporate business collection
  • Competence support to the country teams for corporate business partnerships
Play to your strengths
  • Masters degree in Business or comparable education
  • Proven understanding of market & business development
  • Strong experience in account & partner management
  • Planning and forecasting skills
  • Entrepreneurship & initiative
  • Consumer mindset with a focus on results and decision making
  • Collaborative team worker
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
  • High skills in MS Excel, Business Intelligence and ERP
  • Willing to travel to acquire partners all over the world
