A master’s degree in engineering or business administration Proven experience in purchasing or project management expertise in complex strategic sourcing projects with global cross-functional teams Proficiency in negotiation skills including researching and anticipating shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers Strong analytical skills and the ability to think conceptually Fluency in spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus
