This internship offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts within the Information Technology division of a leading financial institution as Julius Baer.

You can expect a learning on the job internship, where you determine the workload yourself (between 60% and 100%).

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Provide assistance and support various ad-hoc topics and projects within the IT department (selected examples: developing business cases, strengthening of agile practices, IT service reviews)
  • Support on requests coming from other staff units within IT and COO.
  • Act as the First Point of Contact for inquiries on Workforce Planning. Perform regular analysis and data updates with the objective to provide actionable insights and recommendation to senior management.
  • Manage the IT Training Curriculum and new training opportunities (incl. planning, timelines, content review, advertisement, registration, logistics, execution oversight, and lessons learned).
  • Assist in regular management reporting.
  • Create and implement community-building initiatives with other junior employees in IT.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A current ongoing bachelor’s or master's degree study in a technical or business field 
  • A maximum of two semesters left until your graduation
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently 
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Familiar with agile methodology 
  • Fluent in English
