About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, innovative and driven Global Talent Partner to drive the attraction and hiring of senior-level and executive talent for our corporate office. This role partners closely with executive leadership to understand evolving business needs, design targeted and forward-thinking search strategies, and secure high-impact leaders who align with the company’s long-term business and leadership vision. Operating remotely but fully embedded within the Global Talent team, the Global Talent Partner brings deep executive search expertise, strong market insight, and a relationship-driven mindset to build and sustain strong pipelines of senior talent and long-term leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, leadership, and executive roles across corporate functions.

Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and tailored hiring strategies.

Design and execute executive search approaches, including direct sourcing, market mapping, and discreet outreach.

Conduct in-depth candidate assessment and manage the full recruitment lifecycle using innovative internal tools, ensuring a high-touch and professional candidate experience.

Build and nurture long-term external talent pipelines for key corporate roles, acting as an ambassador for the company’s employer brand to senior and executive talent.

Collaborate with internal People teams to support onboarding and the successful integration of senior hires.

Serve as a consistent talent partner to the supported leadership populations, contributing to the long-term organizational success.
Required Experience & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in executive search or in-house senior-level recruitment.

Demonstrated success hiring high-profile leadership and executive talent.

Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.

Expertise in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development.

Excellent communication and influencing skills.

High level of discretion and professionalism.

Comfortable working remotely in a highly collaborative, global environment.

Exposure to broader HR, talent management, or People Partner responsibilities.

Experience in multinational or fast-scaling corporate environments.

Exposure to AI-enabled hiring tools is a plus.
