About the job:

Act as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related matters

Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks and risk controls

Liaise with regulators and manage reporting obligations

Train and support internal teams on compliance topics

Conduct internal audits and investigations when necessary
About the candidate:
-
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector

Strong knowledge of Swiss financial regulations (FinSA, AMLA, etc.)

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
