Your team

Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA) is a leading alternative investment group and a wholly owned subsidiary of Pictet with expertise in hedge funds, private equity, real estate and private debt. With teams based globally, PAA constructs, manages and advises portfolios of alternative investment solutions for institutional and private clients.

Pictet has high growth ambitions for PAA for the coming years, notably to expand its product and solution offering as well as further develop its institutional and intermediary client base. In view of these developments, PAA is looking to hire a Client Solutions Analyst to join the Product & Business Development team.

Your role

The Product & Business Development team is composed of 13 professionals across Europe and Asia, with expertise in Product Strategy & Development, Product Marketing and Client Solutions, across all alternative asset classes: Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, Infrastructure and Hedge Funds.

As a Client Solutions Analyst, you will support the team with client solutions deliverables and initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams such as investment, investor relations, legal, compliance, risk, and distributors, in order to:

• Lead & coordinate Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFI), Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ), and market screens for Alternative investment solutions across Institutional, Intermediary, and Private Wealth clients;


• Support distributors with client onboarding and client servicing requests related to alternative investments;


• Support the design and structuring of dedicated alternative investment solutions for clients;


• Develop educational content to support distributors in the onboarding and promotion of alternative investments;


• Maintain strong awareness of market trends & competitor practices, using external databases and public sources;


• Respond to ad-hoc marketing and client-related requests.

Your profile

• University degree in Finance from a top-tier university


• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in asset management, audit, client servicing, or sales support,  within alternative investments


• Excellent project management skills, attention to detail and proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently


• Ability to leverage AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency, analysis, and quality of client deliverables


• Creative yet technical, with a strong problem-solving mindset


• Proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver impactful messages through presentations


• Strong drive, positive mindset, and team-oriented approach


• Fluency in English and French


• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate
