Your Responsibilities
- Conduct validation experiments for HPLC methodologies applied to antibodies, proteins, and peptides utilizing diverse separation techniques including size exclusion chromatography, ion exchange, reversed-phase, and peptide mapping
- Partner with scientific teams and quality reviewers throughout the entire validation lifecycle to ensure method robustness and regulatory compliance
- Document and assess experimental data with precision, adhering strictly to GMP guidelines and internal quality standards
- Contribute to the preparation, verification, and review of validation documentation and technical reports
- Provide technical assistance to operational HPLC laboratories during periods of high demand or resource constraints
- Plan, execute, and oversee maintenance programs and qualification protocols for analytical instrumentation
Your Profile
- Completed laboratory technician training coupled with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on industry experience
- Extensive proficiency in HPLC/UPLC analysis, including advanced troubleshooting capabilities
- Demonstrated track record in conducting method validation within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environments
- Practical involvement in authoring or critically reviewing validation reports and related technical documentation
- Meticulous, systematic, and dependable approach to laboratory operations
- Excellent collaborative abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated attitude with the drive to assume responsibility for laboratory processes
- Solid command of English and German, both written and verbal
