Your Responsibilities

• Conduct validation experiments for HPLC methodologies applied to antibodies, proteins, and peptides utilizing diverse separation techniques including size exclusion chromatography, ion exchange, reversed-phase, and peptide mapping 
• Partner with scientific teams and quality reviewers throughout the entire validation lifecycle to ensure method robustness and regulatory compliance 
• Document and assess experimental data with precision, adhering strictly to GMP guidelines and internal quality standards 
• Contribute to the preparation, verification, and review of validation documentation and technical reports 
• Provide technical assistance to operational HPLC laboratories during periods of high demand or resource constraints 
• Plan, execute, and oversee maintenance programs and qualification protocols for analytical instrumentation

Your Profile

• Completed laboratory technician training coupled with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on industry experience 
• Extensive proficiency in HPLC/UPLC analysis, including advanced troubleshooting capabilities 
• Demonstrated track record in conducting method validation within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environments 
• Practical involvement in authoring or critically reviewing validation reports and related technical documentation 
• Meticulous, systematic, and dependable approach to laboratory operations 
• Excellent collaborative abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills 
• Self-motivated attitude with the drive to assume responsibility for laboratory processes 
• Solid command of English and German, both written and verbal
