LuNiKy AG is a stylish pet boutique and grooming salon in Zurich, offering premium pet products, custom pet fashion, and professional grooming services. Our goal is to create a welcoming, high-quality experience for both pets and their owners.

We are looking for a Junior Receptionist & Sales Assistant to join our team. The most important quality we’re seeking is a true passion for animals — someone who genuinely loves working with pets and enjoys helping their owners. Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage, but a positive attitude, motivation to learn, and love for animals matter most.

Students are warmly welcome, and flexible working hours are available.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in our boutique and grooming salon
• Handle bookings, phone calls, and customer inquiries with friendliness and professionalism
• Recommend and sell pet products based on customer and pet needs
• Support daily boutique operations and maintain an organized, welcoming shop space
• Coordinate with groomers to manage appointments and customer expectations
• Help with merchandising, stock organization, and sales promotions
• Create a warm, positive experience for both pets and their owners

Your Profile

• A genuine passion for animals and their well-being — this is essential!
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented personality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Some experience in retail, reception, or customer service is an advantage
• Comfortable handling pets of different sizes and temperaments
• Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, scheduling tools, etc.)
• Fluent in German and English (French or Italian is a plus)
• Open-minded, motivated, and eager to learn
