About the role:
You will support Senior Relationship Managers in delivering a first-class client experience. Your key responsibilities include:

Client Support & Administration

Assist in day-to-day servicing of German-domiciled private banking clients.

Prepare account opening documentation, manage KYC/AML updates, and handle administrative requests.

Coordinate with internal departments (Compliance, Operations, Investment Advisory).

Business Development Support

Prepare bespoke presentations, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to prospective and existing clients.

Support the onboarding of new clients and contribute to internal business development initiatives.

Investment & Portfolio Support

Help monitor client portfolios and prepare investment reports and briefing notes.

Assist with trade execution workflows and internal booking processes.

Operational Excellence

Maintain client files and ensure data quality in CRM systems.

Prepare meeting agendas, follow-up notes, and documentation for client reviews.

About the candidate:
-
2-4 years of experience in a similar role within private banking or wealth management.

Solid understanding of banking products, investment concepts, and compliance processes.
-
Excellent communication skills in German (native level) and English; additional languages are an asset.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
-
Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Client-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
