Your Mission
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Shape and articulate a product vision and long-term strategy that aligns with On’s financial and operational goals, and share it across the business. Focus on how technology can enhance business processes, drive efficiencies, and improve decision-making within Finance and Operations.
- Inspire and Empower: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Product Managers that works cohesively across Finance and Operations. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, while ensuring technology solutions align with operational and financial objectives.
- Drive Product Roadmap & Execution: Guide and oversee the development and prioritization of product roadmaps, partnering closely with Engineering to ensure timely and high-quality execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology implementation.
- Champion User Insights: Promote a deep understanding of our users’ needs, pain points, and aspirations through user research, data analysis, and feedback loops. Use these insights to inform strategic product decisions and inspire meaningful solutions that improve the efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance of financial and operational processes.
- Foster Innovation: Cultivate a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, encouraging the team to explore new technologies and approaches that streamline financial and operational workflows. Inspire the team to find innovative ways to reduce costs, enhance productivity, and deliver value to the business.
- Leverage Data for Impact: Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams to identify and define key financial and operational metrics that drive business success. Foster a data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring that these metrics are used to monitor product performance, optimize processes, and align technology investments with overall business objectives.
- Lead Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with leaders from Finance, Operations, and other business functions to ensure that technology product strategies are aligned with On’s broader goals. Foster strong partnerships to ensure technology solutions meet the needs of finance and operations teams.
- Guide through Finance and Operations Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the Finance and Operations domains. Leverage this knowledge to identify new opportunities for technology product innovation and ensure technology solutions are future-proof and adaptable to evolving business requirements.
