The ‘Operational Cabin Procurement’ department within SWISS TechOps is responsible to ensure the timely delivery of Aircraft Interior and Inflight Entertainment (IFE) materials to the maintenance organisation.

- Responsible for the purchase & timely delivery of cabin spare parts under best commercial aspects
- Issuing of Purchase and Repair orders in the ERP System
- Monitoring of orders and maintain date quality in the ERP System
- Manage all aircraft cabin part repairs and ensure optimal turnaround time
- Ensure economical stock levels are replenished according requirements from Inventory Planning
- Negotiate with suppliers to be best economic conditions
- Participating and representing operational purchasing in Cabin projects
- Ensure continuous communication of order status to various stakeholders
- Maintain supplier relationship management for defined suppliers
- Identify improvement initiatives in the area of the supply chain

- Successful apprenticeship in commercial area ("KV") or technical apprenticeship with commercial training ("Technischer Kaufmann", "Eidg. Einkaufsfachmann" or "CIPS") as an advantage
- 3-5 years working experience in purchasing (civil aviation industry is a benefit)
- Additional training in Supply Chain / Purchasing / Logistics
- Very good English language skills, German is an advantage
- Work effectively with others and team-oriented person
- Strong planning, organizing and communication skills
- Ability to master difficult and challenging situations
