Our mission: We safely power your flight. As a Head of Parts Repair Services you will:
Your tasks
- Foster a proactive safety culture by promoting and implementing Safety, Compliance, Quality, and ESG standards across the organization
- Ensure proper implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System as defined in the MOE and SMS Manual
- Lead Customer Services, Product Management, and Logistics activities for Parts Repair Services, ensuring a strong customer‑centric approach
- Define and execute the Parts Repair strategy within Engine Services in alignment with Business Development and senior leadership
- Drive business growth through expansion of the strategic PPR customer base and nurturing key customer and supplier relationships
- Ensure achievement of revenue targets and adherence to internal processes, policies, and performance expectations
- Lead, develop, and support the assigned team while actively contributing to overall Engine Services leadership and organizational excellence
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the aviation or MRO/Aerospace industry
- Strong understanding of MRO operations and the broader Aerospace business environment
- Excellent business acumen paired with strong communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
