• Generation of high quality, decision driving data in complex cellular assay systems to enable the progression of Numab’s pipeline programs in inflammation and immuno-oncology
• Increase the technical capabilities and capacity of the team by keeping abreast of state-of-the-art methodologies and techniques within the field of cell-based assays
• Presentation of experiments within team meetings and company presentations
• Work closely with team members and across functions to outline next steps and help to drive the projects to completion
• General organization of the laboratories, evaluation and acquisition of equipment and consumables

• Completed an apprenticeship as a laboratory technician with several years of experience or a higher education in biology, (bio-)chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences
• Industry experience in cellular biology and demonstrated expertise in developing and optimizing cell-based assays
• Expertise in cell culture techniques, flow cytometry, cytotoxicity and proliferation assays
• Experience in the isolation and handling of cellular subsets from PBMCs
• Good understanding of immunology
• Experience in interactions with external vendors / CROs is an advantage
• Initiative, problem solving skills, self-motivation and curiosity 
• Highly accurate and team-oriented working style paired with a high sense of quality 
• Refined computer user skills (Windows, MS Office) and excellent communication skills
• Computational and programming experience is a plus (e.g. R or Python)
