This is where you'll excel
- You orchestrate short-term assignments to Switzerland-end-to-end, on time, and on brief
- You advise and manage business travelers to and from Switzerland, guiding home and host departments and submitting work visa applications to Swiss authorities
- You coordinate visas and work permits for expatriates in partnership with regional HR and our visa provider, safeguarding all aspects of tax, immigration, and social security compliance
- You advise on and coordinate international relocations, ensuring a smooth and positive assignee experience
- You own monthly international payroll (inbound and outbound) for Switzerland in SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM and support annual salary review and bonus processes
- You act as the SAP SuccessFactors superuser for global assignments, ensuring data quality, providing second-level support, and delivering user training
- You manage insurance topics and group contracts for assignees: reviewing monthly and quarterly invoices, controlling and reconciling insurance accounts, and supporting year-end closing
- You handle day-to-day administration and inquiries for Swiss global mobility cases and contribute to cross-functional HR and Global Mobility projects
These are the skills you'll need
- Completed higher education in HR or a related field
- Several years' experience in international HR and Global Mobility
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss immigration law, social security, and labor law
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and drive tasks to completion independently
- Clear, confident communicator who collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a can-do approach-hands-on in both consultancy and administration
- Fluent in German and English; comfortable in a truly international environment
- Proficient with MS Office, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM
