Job description
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner – Retail Payment Solutions to join our team in Geneva!
Are you passionate about the luxury sector and payment technologies? Do you have a proven track record in retail payment solutions, especially with Adyen? Join us and play a key role in supporting our client’s digital transformation in an international, dynamic environment.
🔥 Your Responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate the evolution of retail payment solutions, with a strong focus on Adyen, ensuring performance, reliability, and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, supporting business and technical stakeholders to deliver seamless payment experiences.
- Analyze business needs, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective action plans for payment solutions.
- Ensure smooth communication between business teams, IT, and external partners to guarantee alignment and achievement of objectives.
- Manage project resources, optimize workload distribution, and organize tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the deployment of payment strategies and monitor key performance indicators to measure progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payment processes and best practices within the organization.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of payment activities, plans, and progress reports.
🎯 Your Profile:
- You have a degree in business, management, IT, or a related field.
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally within the retail or payment sector.
- You have hands-on experience with Adyen and other retail payment solutions.
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You have experience in managing and motivating teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You are familiar with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Salesforce).
- You have a proactive, agile, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- You are fluent in English (French is a plus, but not required).
