What you will do

• Steer the implementation and ongoing optimization of operational processes within Investment Management Switzerland, ensuring full compliance with legal and internal policies.
• Lead and coordinate assurance activities, including external and internal audits, as well as FINMA on-sites with efficient planning and follow-up.
• Foster close collaboration with internal and external partners to maintain strong service relationships and effective oversight of key agreements.
• Drive improvements in control frameworks, reporting and compliance throughout Investment Management. Maintain the control framework for Investment Management.
• Champion innovation through technology adoption and process digitization to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

What you bring

• Extensive experience in investment management operations or governance (7+ years), ideally within Switzerland’s financial sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and reporting standards for (insurance) investments.
• Advanced degree in finance, business or accounting.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
