We’re looking for an experienced Indication Lead to shape and execute medical engagement strategies across international markets. You’ll serve as a key strategic interface between global and field medical teams, ensuring aligned, impactful, and compliant medical communication and education.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic leader and bridge between Global Medical Strategy and Field Medical execution.
- Co-develop and implement medical strategies, tools, and training for international teams.
- Ensure scientific narrative consistency and effective external engagement across therapeutic areas.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and optimize insight generation and communication processes.
- Lead the development of global congress strategies, training content, and medical booth activities.
- Be the key partner in aligning external engagement approaches across markets and alliance partners
Your Background
- Medical/scientific degree with a background in Pharma or Biotech.
- Experience in Hematology/Oncology is a plus.
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership within matrixed, multicultural organizations.
- Strong communicator (English fluency required), strategic thinker, and adaptable change agent.
- Familiar with global medical engagement, field medical operations, and compliance standards.
- Able to travel internationally up to 10%.
