For our client working in aviation and located at Basel Euroairport we are looking for Woodworkers for the installation team.
• Start date: ASAP
• Planned duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
• Workplace: Basel Euroairport
• Workload: 100%
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Assembling / Disassembling
- Perform assembly operations using 3D drawings
- Install drawer-slides, hinges, latches, and other hardware in subassemblies, using hand-held and conventional equipment
- Adjustements of monuments directly on the plane
We are looking for qualified candidates that are either experience or willing to collect experience in the aviation industry and are able to work under high workload and still be a supportive and good teamplayer.
Must Haves:
• Completed Woodworker diploma (i.e.,apprenticeship) or any proven related exprience of min 5 years
• Experience in the aviation industry would be a big advantage
• In- good knowledge with various materials, like lightweight panels, veneer, hardwood, laminate
• Being at ease in using computer systems
• As part of a team, you demonstrate a strong team spirit, always being supportive and collaborative with your colleagues.
• Min. A2 Level in Englisch, German and French would be a plus
This contract is for 6 Months (might be extended) or even become permanent.
