Your Tasks

• Take ownership of strategic customer projects in Business Aviation – from planning to successful delivery
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams in a matrix setup (Product Management, Engineering, Production Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and international subsidiaries)
• Align requirements with internal and external stakeholders and ensure all parties work towards common objectives
• Safeguard customer satisfaction and strengthen the reputation of Pilatus in the market
• Contribute to department-wide strategies in close collaboration with Business Aviation leadership
• Monitor project progress, identify risks early and drive corrective actions

With this you convince us

• Technical degree (FH) with at least 5 years of professional experience in program and project management, ideally in aviation
• Professional experience in the aircraft industry
• Proven track record in coordination and planning across complex organizations
• Strong communication skills in English (C1) and German (B2)
• Proactive, accountable and flexible personality with strong interpersonal skills
