We are a boutique Reformer Pilates studio in Olten, offering high-quality group classes in a calm and modern environment. Our mission is to help clients move better, feel stronger, and find balance through mindful movement.
We are looking for a passionate and certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Reformer Pilates classes using clear cues and safe, effective programming
- Support clients of all levels, with personalized guidance and progress tracking
- Create a welcoming and motivating studio atmosphere
- Help maintain studio cleanliness and uphold our brand’s quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Certified in Pilates
- 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred (but passionate new instructors are welcome too)
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused personality
- German or English speaking (bonus if both)
- Open to teaching evenings, weekends, and covering other instructors occasionally
- Someone excited to grow with a young studio and build a loyal client base
