Event Sales Host / Hostess

Swiss-Outfit is an online boutique dedicated to Swiss fashion and design. Our mission: to highlight Swiss designers through a curated selection of locally designed clothing, bags, jewelry, and accessories. Founded in Geneva, the platform brings together emerging brands and champions an authentic, sustainable, and elegant vision of fashion. At our events, we introduce the public to the richness of Swiss craftsmanship through human, creative, and inspiring experiences.

🎯 Main Responsibilities

• Represent Swiss-Outfit and its designers at the stand (collective concept store).
• Welcome visitors (between 600 and 800 expected).
• Present items (jewelry, clothing, bags) and share the designers' stories.
• Advise customers and answer questions (materials, sizes, timeframes, etc.).
• Facilitate sales via our payment system (terminal provided).
• Collect necessary information for specific orders (name, email, address, size, etc.).
• Maintain the stand in order (products well displayed, visible tags, neat materials).
• Collaborate with the Swiss-Outfit team present to ensure the day runs smoothly.

👤 Required Profile

• Student or recent graduate in business, marketing, fashion, or similar field.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Languages: German (essential) + good command of English or French.
• Dynamic, professional, customer-oriented, and comfortable in a premium environment.
• Interest in Swiss fashion and design (a valued plus).

🕒 Conditions

• Date & hours: Friday, October 31, 2025 (2 hours of setup preparation) and Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with meal break)
• Location: The Circle, Zurich Airport.
• Contract: One-day fixed-term contract (event assignment).
• Compensation: in line with standards for event students in Zurich (between CHF 25.– and CHF 30.–/hour gross, approximately CHF 200–240 for the day, social charges included).
• Express training and briefing beforehand (via video call or in person).
