Job Description
- Assist as a project management officer in the implementation project for a test automation tool
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Support the Banking Operations organization in automating test cases
- Independently improve processes around test automation
- Learn and apply relevant engineering tools and software to support business initiatives
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical and business knowledge
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas and perspectives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High affinity for handling new IT tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently on tasks
- English
