OT Development Lead
We are looking for a sympathetic, proactive person who likes to take on the varied tasks in our experienced team on his own and who keeps an overview even in hectic times.
Your Tasks
- Leading software development teams for platform and machine-control projects
- Coordination of competence center resources together with project management
- Technical and methodological guidance and active support in development efforts
- Communication with management stakeholders as well as technical teams
- 5 - 10% Mobility
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in OT/ICS development or industrial automation
- Proven experience in leading OT projects and teams
- In-depth knowledge of PLC and IPC based development projects: Experience in industrial environments (automation, mechanical engineering, robotics) and in machine and personal security, solid knowledge of software development with C and C++, Knowledge of embedded Linux, Experience with field bus protocols (EtherCAT, CANopen etc.), Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
- Deep understanding of risks and mitigation strategies in OT environments
- Fluent in German and English
