What you'll be doing here
- Manage the BA and MA programmes of the Theatre Division jointly with the current head of studies and ensure an innovative and practice-oriented degree programme
- Continue to develop curricula and syllabuses that meet the current demands of the theatre and film worlds and provide students with the best possible preparation for their future careers
- teach acting in theatre, acting in film & digital media, as well as theory
- Supervise and advise students on an individual basis and support them in their artistic and personal development
- Organise and run examinations, performances and events; cultivate and strengthen national and international networks; contribute to research projects and publications where appropriate
What you'll bring with you
- A university degree in theatre/film or associated disciplines
- Several years of professional experience in teaching and/or outstanding artistic practice
- Leadership experience and excellent communication skills
- Creativity and innovative spirit, ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Very good command of written and spoken German and English and ideally experience in the field of artistic research
