Live Management GmbH is looking for a talented and creative Barman to join our team in Switzerland.

At Live Fusion, the bar is a core part of our identity — we proudly offer signature cocktails such as Okinawa Mango, Pornstar Martini, our Sour collection, and several tropical and fusion-inspired creations. If you enjoy experimenting, developing new drink concepts, and surprising guests with bold flavors and presentation, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages, with special attention to our signature drinks.

• Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable moments for guests.

• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and full operational readiness at all times.

• Manage stock levels and ensure proper replenishment of products and supplies.

• Collaborate with the team to introduce new recipes and seasonal cocktail ideas.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards consistently.

• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and professional team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barman/Bartender or in hospitality.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.

• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

• Positive attitude, creativity, and passion for hospitality.

• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

• English required — additional languages (Italian/German) are a plus.
