Your Mission

• Be part of building an apparel collection that pushes the boundaries of apparel innovation responding to the needs of ON fusing the unrivalled function with timeless styling
• Support the apparel development of ON Performance Training collections including Studio and Training technical performance-wear
• Support fitting sessions and advise on pattern and fit amendments with the support of our pattern engineers
• Support the Apparel development lead with calendar and critical path management
• Support the overall product development process from planning to production
• Be part of every aspect of product development bringing great value to products whilst building a strong relationship with your cross functional partners
• Own smaller projects and areas of responsibilities within the development team
