HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality):
- Ordnungsgemäßer Betrieb einer oder mehrerer Produktionsanlagen in Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden HSEQ-Regeln und -Standards.
- Unterstützung eines hohen HSEQ-Standards für die Dokumentation gemäß internen und externen Richtlinien.
- Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Standards und Prozesse des Betriebs (HSEQ, OPEX).
- Proaktives Teilen von umfangreichem technischem Fachwissen mit dem Team und Teilnahme an PRAs und WRAs bei Bedarf.
Produktionsunterstützung:
- Ansprechpartner und Know-How-Träger für fachspezifische Prozessbelange
- Nutzen von umfangreichem technischem Fachwissen und effektiver Zusammenarbeit mit Standortsupport- Diensten (z.B. Engineering, Process Technology, QC, getec) bei Problemlösung und Prozessverbesserungen.
- Initiierung, Implementierung und Dokumentation kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserungen in der Produktion; Koordination von Produktionsversuchen zur Unterstützung von Lernkurven, Initiativen zur Kapazitätssteigerung und Troubleshooting.
- Unterstützung des Produktionschemikers bei der Instruktion der Betriebsmitarbeiter vor Kampagnenbeginn.
- Beaufsichtigung eines Teams aus mehreren Betriebsmitarbeitern bei der Anlagenreinigung vor und nach der Kampagne, um die Verfügbarkeit der Anlagen gemäß dem festgelegten Zeitplan zu gewährleisten.
- Erstellung oder Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Dokumenten (z.B. Betriebsvorschrift, Reinigungsvorschrift, Arbeitsanweisungen, Checklisten, Risikoanalysen).
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Verbesserung der Produktions- und Reinigungsrezepte im Prozessleitsystem (DeltaV).
- Beitragen zu den Studien und Arbeiten für die Einführung neuer Produkte (Standortkalkulation, isometrische Validierung, Bereitstellung der Anlagen für das Projekt) als Teil des Projektteams und des Inbetriebnahmeteams.
- Koordination der Versorgung mit Rohstoffen, Verpackungen, Verbrauchsmaterialien sowie der Deklaration und des Versands der Produkte (Zwischenprodukte und Wirkstoffe) in Übereinstimmung mit dem Produktionsplan zusammen mit Planung und Logistik

Qualifikationen
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse von Anlagen und Verfahren (Technik, R+I Schema, Chemische Prozesse). Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahung in der chemischen Produktion als Chemikant, Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe, Schichtleiter, Prozessassistent oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
- Gute Kenntnis der HSEQ-Standards in der chemischen Produktion
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Automation von chemischen Prozessen (Erfahrung mit Produktionsrezepten im DeltaV von Vorteil)
- Gutes Verständnis der Grundlagen und Grenzen der verschiedenen vor Ort angewandten Risikoanalysen (Prozessrisikoanalyse, Arbeitsbereichanalyse, Arbeitsgenehmigung, Management of Change).
- Gute allgemeine Kenntnisse über finanzielle Aspekte einer chemischen Anlage, kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Änderungsmanagement
- Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift erforderlich; Englisch- oder Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Beherrschung gängiger Computerprogramme (Office, Visio). SAP Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Fähigkeit, technische und betriebliche Probleme auf strukturierte Weise zu lösen
- Demonstrierte Fähigkeiten zur Mitarbeiterführung von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, sich in einem sich ständig verändernden Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln und schnell auf Notsituationen zu reagieren.
